The paper cutter should be avoided in wet or dusty environments, and a small amount of lubricating oil should be added to the moving parts every month. If suspended, the upper and lower blades should be coated with a small amount of anti-rust oil to prevent corrosion.
It is strictly prohibited to cut any metal objects and other high-strength materials to avoid damage to the blade.
If the incision is uneven, the clamping pressure of the tool can be adjusted appropriately. The specific method is: remove the plastic sleeve at the front of the tool and tighten the nut.

For cutting paper samples with low basis weight or softness, such as toilet paper, etc., the sample can be sandwiched between two sheets of liner paper and copy paper and copy paper.
The first failure of the paper cutter: when it is semi-active, it does not step on the foot switch and acts immediately.
This kind of phenomenon is usually caused by damage to the foot switch or water in the foot switch socket causing a short circuit. The other is that there is a problem with manually starting the button switch. The remedy is to replace the new switch, socket, push button switch, or disassemble and repair the damaged parts.
The second failure of the paper cutter: when the semi-active operation stepping on the foot switch slides down, it spreads and then rises.
This kind of appearance is usually that the switch on the left side of the horizontal slide is damaged or disconnected. The solution is to replace the close switch or connect the switch.
The third failure of the paper cutter: when the semi-active operation stepped on the foot switch, the vertical slide is lowered, and the printer will not move after moving to the left.
The reason for this problem is that the switch on the left side of the slider is not sensed or is in doubt. The solution is to adjust the sensing point of the proximity switch on the left, or replace the proximity switch, and the micro switch in the foot switch is stuck and does not move, which can also cause this problem. The solution is to move the micro switch in the foot switch. Switch adjustment, correction or replacement of new micro switch.
The fourth fault of the paper cutter: step on the foot switch during semi-active operation, the slide lowers to the left and then rises but does not move to the right.
The appearance of this phenomenon is that the upper left proximity switch of the vertical slide is not sensed or is close to the switch. There is a problem. The solution is to adjust the upper proximity switch induction or a very good proximity switch.
The fifth fault of the paper cutter: the ascending action is slowed by half a beat after the action is switched.
This kind of problem is that the control solenoid valve is clogged with foreign objects or the solenoid valve is defective. The solution is to remove the solenoid valve or replace the solenoid valve.
1. The pressure is not enough
There are two situations:
(1) The spring force of the mechanical pressure spring is not enough. At this time, the pressure must be increased. If it is not possible to increase to the maximum position, the spring needs to be replaced. Note: If one of the multiple springs is broken, you need to replace multiple springs at the same time, otherwise there will be uneven pressure, insufficient pressure, etc., resulting in the phenomenon of upper knife and lower knife.
(2) Insufficient hydraulic pressure. That is, the hydraulic oil in the oil circuit or the oil pump is not enough, resulting in insufficient pressure. At this time, it is necessary to find out the cause and take the medicine.
2. The gap between the tool holder and the slider is too large
When the wear or improper adjustment causes the gap between the knife holder and the slider to be too large (generally 0.1mm), and the knife holder is unstable, it will cause the upper knife and the lower knife. At this time, the gap between the tool holder and the slider needs to be readjusted.
3. Blunt knife
When cutting, you must master the cutting amount, change the tool frequently, and use a fast knife. If the knife is too blunt, it will not only affect the quality of paper cutting, but also affect the accuracy and life of the machine, and in serious cases, mechanical accidents may occur.
4. The angle of the blade is not adjusted correctly
The angle of the blade should be determined according to the paper being cut. For thin, loose and soft paper, the angle of the blade should be small, generally 25-30 °; for thick, solid, hard paper, the angle of the blade should be large, generally 30- —35 °. Otherwise, the phenomenon of upper knife and lower knife is likely to occur, and the blade passivation is accelerated.
5. Blade reason
Normally, the blade is parallel to the plane of the platform. When the blade is too high or too low, the phenomenon of upper knife and lower knife is also easy to occur. At this time, the blade needs to be adjusted to be parallel to the plane of the platform.
If the cutter does not drop the knife, one of the reasons is that the internal components are rusted. To reduce the rusting of the internal components of the cutter, we need to do the following:
1. Judging from the sound. If the sound of the cutter is abnormal and there is a sound that the latch cannot lock the cutter bed when the machine is shut down, you should check the functions of the cutter and other components.
2. Protect from lubrication. To maintain a reasonable maintenance cycle and keep the cutter operating well, it is necessary to pay attention to the connection between each operating element and the oil filling point on the right side of the rear end of the fuselage. Lubricate this filling point and lithium base grease. Normal maintenance.
3. Cultivate from the habit. One is to control the workload and the number of cuts per knife. It is necessary to avoid overloading and overloading of the cutter as much as possible; second, consider the lithographer from the machine itself, do not leave the machine in a long-term stagnation state Even if it is not working, it should be operated periodically for several strokes to prevent the related parts from corrosion.
In addition to the points mentioned above, at the same time, we also need to develop good switch machine habits, regularly check the status of safety components, and regularly do lubrication and maintenance work, so as to better protect the paper cutter.
1. The position and location of the hydraulic paper cutter are different according to different models. Therefore, please pay attention to safety during the transportation process and need to balance it in a clean environment.
2. For the use of the power supply, connect the device according to the rated voltage in the manual. If the voltage is too high or too low, it will cause the device to operate abnormally. Therefore, it is recommended to use an AC stabilized power supply when using the hydraulic paper cutter. Improve work quality and efficiency. 4. When cleaning the hydraulic paper cutter, set the power off and pull out the power plug.
5. When using the equipment, do not allow liquid to flow into the interior of the paper cutter to avoid scrapping the paper cutter.
6. When using a hydraulic paper cutter, children or non-related personnel are prohibited from operating. In addition, under the blade and the knife edge must not be lifted during operation. At the same time, the cutter blade should not be used to cut hard or fragmentable materials.
