A machine for cutting flat paper in the paper industry. It is divided into two types: knife-throwing paper cutter (two types of single-knife and double-knife) and flat-knife paper-cutting machine.
The knife-throwing paper cutter includes a longitudinal cutting mechanism composed of an upper knife and a lower knife, a cross cutting mechanism composed of a rotary long knife and a fixed bottom knife. 6 ~ 10 paper rolls can be cut at the same time. Flat-knife paper cutter is a lifting knife on the platform, and then cuts the flat paper to the specified size. Used to cut large sheets of paper into small size paper.
Working principle 1. The principle of the paper cutter is the principle of "guillotine", but the term is called paper cutter
2. The cutting direction is not straight up and down, but cut diagonally
3. The cutter is driven by a pair of hydraulic cylinders (or cylinders)
4. The cutting paper has a front push plate to control the cutting width
5. The current paper cutters are all computer-controlled motors with belt pulleys, belt pulleys with electronic clutches, clutches with cutter bodies, oil pressure with oil cylinders, oil cylinders with tie rods, and tie rods with tie presses to press paper, double When the hydraulic computer cutter comes down, the cutter will come down to cut the paper. Now the programmable paper cutter is less complicated.
Paper cutter blades are common consumables for paper cutters, so do you know how to replace paper cutter blades?
1. When the cutter blade is at the uppermost position, turn off the power switch, stop the movement of the machine, put the machine in a stopped state, put the machine in the barring state, and the barring machine stops the knife bed in the middle position.
2. When replacing the blade, loosen all the screws of the blade to fasten the blade, insert the attached tool wrench into the hexagonal hole on the blade, and rotate it counterclockwise, the blade will automatically fall. Then install the screw of the attached tool holder into the screw hole of the blade, and rotate the holding tool holder to remove the blade from the hook and place it on the attachment holder, and put it into the box for grinding.
3. After the blade is finished, first check the newly taken blade, check the angle and width of the blade, and wipe the blade with a soft cloth. Pay attention to wipe the blade from the back to the blade, do not wipe the blade or along the blade, otherwise it will easily cut your hand.
4. Then confirm that the start button of the main motor is stopped and that the pulley of the main motor is at rest. This step is very important, mainly to prevent the machine from starting suddenly.
5. After confirming that the machine is stopped, screw the attached tool wrench into the screw hole of the sharpened or replaced blade, place it on the attached tool, push it near the knife bed, and lift the blade to make the middle of the blade concave Hang the two holes of the slot on the hook that protrudes from the knife bed, remove the knife handle, insert the knife into the hexagonal hole of the knife bed, and rotate it clockwise, the blade will automatically rise to a fixed position.
6. Finally, tighten all the bolts that fix the blade on the knife bed. Pay attention to the whole process. Do not touch the blade with anything hard. After confirming that the cutter is fixed, put away all the tools and complete the blade replacement.
1. Before starting work (continue to work after changing shifts or stopping halfway), the main parts of the paper cutter should be inspected and lubricated.
2. After the end of each shift, clean the machine once, wipe the exposed friction surface clean and add Jiangyou lubricant.
3. Under the normal two-shift system, the paper cutter will clean and inspect the machine every two weeks.
4. If the paper cutter is not used for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and the whole machine is covered with a plastic cover.
5. If the paper cutter is stopped for more than 3 months, the anti-rust oil should be covered with moisture-proof paper to prevent the machine from rusting.
6. When checking and disassembling the cutter, it is forbidden to use unsuitable tools and unreasonable operation methods.
7. According to different seasons, choose the appropriate hydraulic oil. Use No. 20 oil in winter to maintain the fluidity of the paper cutter; No. 30 oil in summer to maintain the viscosity of the paper cutter.
8. Maintain proper hydraulic pressure. If the pressure is too large, the sealing ring will burst; if the pressure is too low, the blade cutting will appear sluggish.
9. Coat the cutting platform and blade with talc or paraffin. In this way, one is to reduce the frictional resistance between the paper and the platform, and the operation is labor-saving. The second is to extend the cutting times of the blades, and also ensure that the cutting edges of the paper are smooth and tidy.
10. Before working, add oil to the mechanical oil filling port to keep the machine lubricated and clean without noise, so that the paper cutter is always in good working condition.
11. After starting up, if you find unexpected situations and abnormal noises and stuck phenomenon, you must stop and check immediately.
12. When the cutter is being debugged, the main motor must be stopped when changing the knife. After the tool change is completed, the handle makes the tool bed reciprocate for one week, so as not to cause personal and equipment damage.
The paper cutter is an ideal and necessary cutting tool for all kinds of paper, photos, art paper jams, hot and cold mounting paper, etc. It adopts automatic paperweight design. The blade is specially treated to cut sharp and durable, and the products after cutting are neat hair.
The standard sample cutter is composed of table, upper and lower cutters, positioning baffle, lever pressing plate, scale baffle and so on. Before using it for the first time, remove the screw that fixes the tool at the front of the plastic handle. When in use, first lift the tool, lean the sample against the ruler side of the table top item, push the sample to the positioning baffle, and then hold the tool handle with your right hand to cut it down, you can get the desired test kind. After cutting the paper, press the cutter to the right down to the left bayonet of the positioning baffle to clamp the cutter to the left, and then pull the cutter to the right to raise it up. Note: When the adjacent sides of the sample are not perpendicular to each other, they should be cut into adjacent sides that are perpendicular to each other before cutting the sample.
The paper cutter should be avoided in wet or dusty environments, and a small amount of lubricating oil should be added to the moving parts every month. If suspended, the upper and lower blades should be coated with a small amount of anti-rust oil to prevent corrosion.
It is strictly prohibited to cut any metal objects and other high-strength materials to avoid damage to the blade.
If the incision is uneven, the clamping pressure of the tool can be adjusted appropriately. The specific method is: remove the plastic sleeve at the front of the tool and tighten the nut.
After the cutting edge is blunt, it can be finely ground with whetstone.
For cutting paper samples with low basis weight or softness, such as toilet paper, etc., the sample can be sandwiched between two sheets of liner paper and copy paper and copy paper.
The first failure of the paper cutter: when it is semi-active, it does not step on the foot switch and acts immediately.
This kind of phenomenon is usually caused by damage to the foot switch or water in the foot switch socket causing a short circuit. The other is that there is a problem with manually starting the button switch. The remedy is to replace the new switch, socket, push button switch, or disassemble and repair the damaged parts.
The second failure of the paper cutter: when the semi-active operation stepping on the foot switch slides down, it spreads and then rises.
This kind of appearance is usually that the switch on the left side of the horizontal slide is damaged or disconnected. The solution is to replace the close switch or connect the switch.
The third failure of the paper cutter: when the semi-active operation stepped on the foot switch, the vertical slide is lowered, and the printer will not move after moving to the left.
The reason for this problem is that the switch on the left side of the slider is not sensed or is in doubt. The solution is to adjust the sensing point of the proximity switch on the left, or replace the proximity switch, and the micro switch in the foot switch is stuck and does not move, which can also cause this problem. The solution is to move the micro switch in the foot switch. Switch adjustment, correction or replacement of new micro switch.
The fourth fault of the paper cutter: step on the foot switch during semi-active operation, the slide lowers to the left and then rises but does not move to the right.
The appearance of this phenomenon is that the upper left proximity switch of the vertical slide is not sensed or is close to the switch. There is a problem. The solution is to adjust the upper proximity switch induction or a very good proximity switch.
The fifth fault of the paper cutter: the ascending action is slowed by half a beat after the action is switched.
This kind of problem is that the control solenoid valve is clogged with foreign objects or the solenoid valve is defective. The solution is to remove the solenoid valve or replace the solenoid valve.
