2: Phenomenon: The tabletop does not suck air. The cause of such failure is that the suction motor burns.
Solution: The contactor that controls the operation of the motor is damaged, the suction motor rotates, but the control of the suction solenoid valve failure, the suction selection switch failure, the solution is repaired or replaced.
3: Phenomenon: The rise speed of the vertical slide is slow, because the bearing of the vertical slide is free of oil or the cylinder piston is worn, and the magnetic collision causes the axis to bend;
Solution: replenish oil, replace piston password, and adjust the axis.
4: Phenomenon: When semi-automatic working, stepping on the foot switch slides down, and then rises after releasing.
Solution: This phenomenon is generally caused by the proximity switch on the left side of the slide seat being damaged or disconnected. The solution is to replace the proximity switch or switch on the switch.
5: Phenomenon: automatic, semi-automatic start does not drop. This type of failure occurs when the proximity switch on the right side of the slide carriage is faulty or not sensed, the selector switch is faulty, or the single-action switch interlock point is damaged.
Solution: adjust the proximity switch induction or replace the right side proximity switch, replace or repair the selector switch and single-action switch.
6: Phenomenon: When semi-automatic, the foot switch is not acted on, but it will act immediately.
Solution: The cause of this kind of fault is mostly caused by the damage of the foot switch or the short circuit of the foot switch socket, and the other is the problem of the manual start button switch. The repair method is to replace the new switch, socket, button switch or dismantle the related damaged parts.
7: Phenomenon: all manual and semi-automatic operations are disabled, and the power light is on. Solution: The cause of this type of failure is that the low-voltage side fuse is blown out, no gas source enters, and all the solenoid valves are faulty.
Solution: replace the low-voltage side fuse and check whether the pressure reaches 4-7kg / cm. All the solenoid valves have a small fault, and most of them are disconnected.
8: Phenomenon: When semi-automatic work, the vertical slide seat is lowered by stepping on the foot switch, and the printing seat does not move after moving to the left.
Solution: The reason for this failure is that the proximity switch on the left side of the horizontal slide is not sensed or there is a problem. The solution is to adjust the sensing point of the left proximity switch or replace the proximity switch; there is also a micro switch in the foot switch that is stuck and does not move, which can also cause this fault. The solution is to adjust, repair or replace the micro switch in the foot switch.
9: Phenomenon: the work surface does not suck, the reason is that the solenoid valve controlled is damaged or the internal block is damaged.

10: Phenomenon: Automatically unable to start, such failure is that the micro-branch switches of the upper and lower cylinders are normally closed, the contact cannot be turned on or the timer is damaged.
