        Paper stack height: As the paper stack height increases, the error in the cut size increases. Because the paper stack is too high, the pressure of the paper press increases correspondingly, and the shear resistance of the paper stack is increased, thereby increasing the bending deformation of the paper stack, and the cut paper will appear short at the upper and lower portions of the paper stack. Therefore, the height of the paper slitter cutting paper stack is preferably controlled below 100mm.
        Cutting knife shape and sharpness: When using the double-edged knife of the paper cutter of the paper cutter, the friction and cutting force of the paper stack on the bevel surface of the knife are reduced, and the cutting accuracy is improved. The sharpness of the blade grinding reduces the cutting force of the cut object on the cutter during cutting, the wear and power of the machine is small, and the cut product is neat and the cut is smooth.
        On the contrary, if the sharpening edge is not sharp, the cutting quality and cutting speed will decrease, and it is easy to pull out the paper on the paper stack when cutting, and the upper and lower blades are inconsistent.
        Paper stack pressure: The press must be pressed along the cut line of the paper. As the pressure of the press increases, the possibility of the paper being pulled out from under the press is small, and the accuracy of the cutting is high. The adjustment of the pressure of the paper press should be adjusted according to factors such as the type of paper to be cut, the cutting height, and the sharpness of the sharpening edge.
        Paper types: When the paper slitting machine cuts different types of paper, it should use the appropriate pressure of the press and the blade angle of the blade. The correct pressure of the press should be such that the cutter can cut the paper stack in a straight line.
