Before cutting, adjust the tool and clamp the work. The parking baffle must be fixed, and work can only be carried out after a test run of clamping, loosening, forward and backward. When the machine tool is rotating, no part of the human body should touch the transmission parts. Cuffs must be worn during operation, and gloves are strictly forbidden to work. Spindle speed must be changed after stopping. Gears must be fully engaged during shifting. When the machine is found to be abnormal, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

(3) The equipment is lubricated in place, the specific locations are: sleeves, slide rails, cams, oil holes, etc.
(4) When turning on the power, you should check whether anyone is near the equipment and remind you to be safe.
(5) Turn on the vacuum pump to verify the vacuum pressure when turning on the machine, and turn on the air compressor to check the pressure of each part. After confirming that it is normal, switch on the air exhaust device of the edger and run the air. Turn on the rubber pump to check whether the amount of glue is normal.
(6) After all the operations are determined to be normal, manual operation should be performed first to check whether each running part is normal. If there are any faults, the faults should be eliminated first, and the operation can be carried out by semi-automatic operation after being determined to be correct.
(8) Before starting the machine, use a special tool to clean the grinding tool shaft, clear the remaining glue in the mold shaft, and then blow it with compressed air.
(9) The brass sleeve must be oiled before starting.
(10) The gas exchange valve must be refueled before starting the machine and refueled frequently.

(11) During the entire operation, one person must operate the equipment control switch, and pay attention to whether anyone is working on the equipment.
