Program controlled paper cutting machine is mainly composed of main machine (also known as gantry), work table, paper pushing mechanism, paper pressing mechanism, cutting mechanism and so on. The paper pushing mechanism is used to push the paper for positioning and make the back rules. The paper pressing mechanism is used to press the paper in place to ensure that the original positioning accuracy is not damaged during the cutting process. Side stop gauge, the worktable plays a supporting role. From the driving mode of the pressing mechanism, it is divided into mechanical pressing and hydraulic pressing.

         The hydraulic press method can more accurately ensure the same length tolerance accuracy (commonly known as the accuracy of the upper and lower knives) after the cutting of the cutting object, especially when the cutting density is large, the difference is particularly obvious. Therefore, with the emergence of hydraulic press-controlled program-controlled paper cutters, mechanical press-driven program-controlled paper cutters are no longer used by customers who require higher cutting accuracy.
