Program-controlled paper cutter is an indispensable product in printing production, and has been praised by many users for its convenience, safety and efficiency. As with other equipment, failures will inevitably occur during use, which will cause certain adverse effects on production. Therefore, it is important to troubleshoot in time to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

In the production process, sometimes the knife cannot be lowered, and the paper cutter cannot cut normally. At the same time, the photoelectric sensor control device also fails. At this time, if all the power is turned off and then on again, the photoelectric sensor control device can work normally and the paper cutter can be lowered, but the same failure will occur again after a period of work. In this way, the electromagnetic switch of the machine may be faulty. You can only replace the electromagnetic switch of the same specification and you can quickly resume normal cutting work.
