1. The product to be constructed of the pre-coating film laminating machine must be straight. Handle uneven paper with "lotus edge" and "tight edge" phenomena. Paper with "lotus edge" can be baked, and paper with "tight edge" can be hung.
2. Be sure to wait for the blot to dry before coating, otherwise it will cause blistering or hair pulling.
3. Spray as little powder as possible during printing, otherwise it will cause emptying and blistering at the powder pile. Before the computer bronzing machine works, the powder should be disposed of. If the number of prints is large, it can be hung to dry to remove the powder, and if the number of prints is small, it can be wiped manually.
4. When laminating, attention should also be paid to the direction of the paper strands, especially thick paper, to reduce the phenomenon that the paper is curled due to rolling and stretching.
5. Temperature control is very important, it is best to be at 40~60℃ (low temperature cold mounting), too high temperature will deform the paper and film, causing the product to curl, too low will cause insufficient viscosity. The temperature of coated paper should be slightly lower than that of offset paper.
6. The maintenance of the rubber roller is also very important. Adjust the expansion and tighten the pressure evenly to keep the rubber roller clean. Before working, let the rubber roller preheat for 10-20 minutes to better improve the quality of the film.
