What is the reason why the pressure plate of the paper cutter does not return to position:
1. Electrical failure, 2 ~ 3 stroke switches are usually arranged behind the cutter drive mechanism (turbine box, gear transmission, etc.), one is mainly used after the cutter passes the lowest point, when the hands leave the button, the cutter will Automatically return to the highest point (also used for the cutter counting function); the other one is used for the highest point stop model. When the position of the travel switch and the bumper is incorrect, the cutter will not stop at the highest point (in this case only Need to adjust the position of the bumper or the travel switch to remove the fault.
2. The brake failure of the paper cutter is definitely equipped with a brake device at the input end of the cutter transmission device (turbine box, gear transmission, etc.). When the brake pad is worn or the gap is too large, the cutter cannot stop at the highest point (adjust the gap or It can be solved by replacing the brake pads), or the clutch disc is stuck, which makes the return position inflexible (disassembly of the brake parts, cleaning and refueling can be solved).
3. The hydraulic failure of the paper cutter, when the new machine leaves the factory, the hydraulic piston does not return to the lowest point. After a period of use, the piston returns to the lowest point after the surface is worn in, causing the position of the paper presser to be too high (generally the blade is lower than the pressure Paper machine bottom), the easiest way to deal with this is that most manufacturers will set a top cover on the piston head, we only need to thicken the top cover to solve. The approximate parameter is that when the top cover is thickened by 1mm, the paper presser is lowered by about 1.4mm.
