The water-soluble laminating machine does not need to be heated and dried to receive the volume directly, so the machine speed is faster. The maximum speed can reach 80 meters / minute (about 7,000 sheets / hour), comparable to the speed of ordinary offset presses.
The paper feeding portion and the paper conveying positioning portion are the same as the general paper offset printing machine, and the rubberizing portion and the pressing portion are similar to the oil laminating machine. The difference is that the water-soluble laminating machine has no heating tunnel, the distance between the gluing part and the pressing part is relatively short, the gluing part is relatively simple, the pressing part is normal temperature, there is no pressure roller, and the pressure is small. The winding section is the same as the winding section of a general manual oil laminating machine.
