The pre-coating laminating machine is a special equipment for combining printed materials with pre-coated plastic film. It consists of four main parts: pre-coated plastic film unwinding, automatic print input, hot pressing compounding and automatic winding, as well as mechanical transmission and pre-processing. It is composed of plastic film flattening, vertical and horizontal slitting, computer control system and other auxiliary devices.
The pre-coated laminating machine uses a pre-coated peritoneal process for laminating, without gluing and drying. It has short process, compact mechanism, simple operation, low cost, high production flexibility, solvent-free odor and no environment. Contamination and good film quality are not only suitable for laminating processing of large-volume printed materials, but also suitable for laminating processing of small batches and scattered printed materials such as automated desktop office systems.
