        1.         It means that the output torque of the magnetic powder clutch is not enough, and the magnetic powder in it is reduced or failed due to the long time. At this time, the magnetic powder clutch should be opened, and a new amount of magnetic powder should be added to it to continue normal operation.
        2. The photoelectric tracking is inaccurate during slitting-processing methods:
        (1) The photoelectric eye adjustment method and working state are not selected correctly, and should be readjusted according to the instructions;
        (2) The color difference between the traced line or edge and the surrounding film material is not obvious, and the contrast of color difference should be increased.
