② Pay attention when adjusting the heat-sealing knife. When locking the heat-sealing knife, you must move closer to the side with the locking screw to ensure that there is room for extension on the other end of the heat-sealing knife, otherwise it will cause the heat-sealing knife to jam or fail to operate. Smooth, causing the bag to cut constantly
③ The upper conveyor belt pulls the material too lightly, adjust it down appropriately
5. The bag is not tidy when exiting the conveyor belt, and the material is received in disorder
① Check whether one side is high or low when the upper and lower conveyor belts are closed. The mismatch between the upper and lower conveyor belts is one of the main reasons for the disordered and untidy collection.

3. Equipment maintenance
1. The equipment should always clean up the debris in the electric box, and the four corners of the equipment should be blown clean with air guns to keep the whole machine clean
2. Hot cutter slider and hot cutter bar. Lubricating oil should be added regularly to the water jet slider, punching machine, and transmission chain, generally 1-2 times every 10 hours
3. The equipment must be grounded strictly to prevent leakage and injury. The wiring of the heating blade of the hot cutter must be checked for looseness. If there is looseness, it must be tightened in time to prevent leakage or even fire.

4. The machine starts to work, but the feeding rubber roller is feeding slowly or feeding for a long time:
① Mainly check whether the current value of the "pulse equivalent" parameter in the computer "modification" is "0.107".
5. The rear discharge DC motor or conveyor belt motor does not rotate or work:
① Check whether the over-current indicator on the upper left corner of the DC motor speed control board is on. If the over-current indicator is on, turn off the main power supply for 5 seconds and then power on. If the over-current indicator is still on, please replace the DC motor speed control board.
② Check whether the speed regulating potentiometer is out of order, if it fails, replace the potentiometer.
③ Check whether the carbon brushes of the DC motor are excessively worn. If they are excessively worn, replace the carbon brushes.
6. The punching machine does not punch or penetrate the material:
① First check the parameter settings in the computer: whether the current value of "punching delay" is "50-80" milliseconds, whether the current value of "punching delay" is "30" milliseconds, and whether the current value of "function 17 port" is "1 punching" "
