        1. Post staff should pay attention to the cutting quality of the product, check the width, roll length and other indicators, and fill out various quality records as required.
        2. The operator must be familiar with the performance of the machine and carry out production operations in strict accordance with the method specified in the equipment manual. To keep the cutting machine clean and tidy, it is strictly prohibited to place tools or supplies on the machine.
        3. During the work, pay attention to observe the running state of the unwinding cloth roll. If the system does not have the function of “automatic slowdown and stop in advance”, the speed of the cloth rolls should be reduced and stopped before the cloth rolls are completely exhausted.
        4. Only after confirming that the personnel and equipment are in a safe state, can the cutting machine be started, the acceleration process should be stable, and the operators and post personnel must communicate and coordinate with each other.
        5. The cutting knife must be installed or replaced only after the machine stops rotating and the power is turned off. When adjusting the position of the slitting knife during operation, someone is required to monitor on the operating table. The replacement cutting tools should be collected and stored centrally and placed at the designated location.
        6. During the operation of the slitting machine, the post staff should keep on-site to monitor and manage the equipment. When encountering dangerous situations, emergency measures should be taken in time to stop the operation of the machine and prevent accidents.
        7. During the operation of the slitter, it is forbidden to work in the "biting" area, and personnel should avoid the position where the blade is broken and thrown out. While the cloth roll is still rotating, it is forbidden to directly touch the product in motion with hands or tools to check the cutting quality of the cloth roll.
        8. Reasonably set and adjust various operating parameters to improve the cutting quality, and the adjustment process should be carried out smoothly. Do not use curved winding rods or eccentric parent rolls with out-of-round shape. The running speed should avoid the resonance area of the device.
        9. The unwinding cloth roll should be placed in the specified direction and position, and reliable positioning measures should be provided to prevent the axial movement and radial runout of the cloth roll.
        10. When pushing or unloading the product roll, the operator should pay attention to avoid the movement track and area of the movement mechanism to prevent collision or mechanical injury. In the process of unwinding, it is necessary to operate at both ends or outside to make the finished product unload smoothly.

        11. Proper use and storage of various measuring instruments; correct operation and use of supporting lifting, transportation, loading and unloading facilities.
