Vertical laminating machine structure and working principle

              The vertical laminating machine is composed of an electric control system of a discharging part, a gluing part, a drying section, a pressing part, a paper feeding table, and a finished winding machine. When the film is discharged from the discharging part, it is glued by the rubber coating part, and then dried by the drying tunnel to enter the film nip. At the same time, the glue coating part of the printed matter is adjusted by the motor, the speed reducer, the pressure roller adjusting mechanism and the rubber roller. The adjustment mechanism, the glue adjustment mechanism, and the laminating glue loop system are composed. The pressure roller is adjusted up and down to control the film coating. Adjust the filling valve of the laminating rubber circuit system to change the flow rate of the laminating glue. The gap between the top roller and the wiper roller (intermittent approx. 0.05 mm) can be adjusted by the handwheel to accommodate different thicknesses of paper. The drying section of the vertical laminating machine is composed of a heating element, a fan, a drafting hopper, etc., and the heating element adopts a heating tube with remarkable energy-saving effect, so as to utilize the solvent in the laminating glue to rapidly circulate the exhaust gas in the indoor drying chamber, and maintain The air is cleaned so that the film adhesive gets a better bond.

             The laminating press part of the vertical laminating machine is composed of a speed regulating motor, a speed reducer, a conventional oil circuit, a heating roller, a temperature measuring device and the like. During operation, the speed of the coating is arbitrarily adjusted by the speed control motor within the range of 0-40 m/min. The paper feeding table is driven by rubber conveyor belt, so the paper feeding is relatively stable, and the paper feeding mode adopts continuous overlapping type to prevent the adhesive film from sticking to the roller. The receiving mechanism is equipped with two reels for continuous winding. One end of the shaft is equipped with a hand wheel that can control the friction of the friction support. The turning hand wheel can change the winding speed, thereby adjusting the pulling force of the finished winding.
