How to deal with the rewinding failure and power failure of the paper slitter?

        The paper slitter rewinding includes an upper rewinding roller, a lower rewinding roller, a rear rewinding roller, and a pressing roller having the same linear speed as the rear rewinding roller, which is characterized in that the pressing roller is on the base paper. The rewinding and upper rewinding rollers speed up and pull off the base paper in a timely manner, after being driven by a driving tissue to open and close contact with the rear rewinding roller.
        In the course of operation, if the paper slitter shows rewinding problems, it can proceed from the following three aspects:
        1. When the coiled product runs, whether the tension of the coiling shaft is too tight, or is closely related to the glue when gluing;
        2. When the semi-finished product is wrinkled during winding, the pressure of the tension cylinder can be increased appropriately;
        3. When the center of the semi-finished product is loose, this is closely related to uneven gluing and uneven substrate. At this time, adjust the bow roller to support it, or increase the tension of the unwinding shaft, and use the knife tube to compact the substrate.
        However, what should be done if the problem is not caused by mechanical operation during normal operation, but when the processing plant area shows a power outage?
        1. Block the power switch in time to prevent accidental incoming calls and unnecessary damage.

        2. Immediately sort the paper in the paper slitter. Because of the power failure, a part of the residual paper is formed in the machine. In order to prevent the residual paper in the paper slitter from affecting the future production.
