What is the difference between web cross-cutting machine and slitting rewinding machine?

Web cutting machine
The web cross-cutting machine is suitable for vertical and cross-cutting of reel materials such as whiteboard paper, gold and silver cardboard, plain rainbow paper, positioning laser anti-counterfeiting paper, and plastic sheet. The computer part of the web cross-cutting machine is composed of industrial control computer, 5.5" color digital display, imported frequency converter, photoelectric sensor, AC servo motor and driver which embody international advanced technology. The whole machine control mode is advanced, the main machine and servo motor will be used. The speed of the three feeding motors is controlled centrally by the computer to achieve synchronous operation. It has the advantages of high cutting precision, fast speed, convenient feeding, etc. It can also be equipped with paper humidification, drying and leveling system to make the paper straight and stereotyped.
Slitting and rewinder

The slitting and rewinder is a special equipment for papermaking. Its purpose is to rewind the paper rolls produced by the paper machine (called the original paper roll), and the paper is re-rolled to make the finished paper. At present, the AC drive of the slitter rewinding machine has replaced the DC drive in the industry of slitting and rewinder. The paper roll taken by the reel is relatively soft, the inside may be damaged or broken, the edges on both sides are not neat, and the width of the paper width can not be directly used in machines such as paper processing or printing. Most paper types (such as newsprint) , letterpress printing paper, wrapping paper, etc.) must be cut, spliced, jointed, and re-rolled on the paper core to form a finished paper roll with certain specifications and certain tightness requirements before leaving the factory. The rewinding process mainly accomplishes three tasks: one is to cut off the raw paper burrs; the other is to cut the whole original paper into a number of widths that meet the user's specifications; and third, to control the winding diameter of the finished paper roll to meet the factory specifications.
