In the die-cutting production, the roughening of the trimming is one of the common faults, and the reasons can be summarized as follows:
First, the cutting edge of the die cutter is deformed and dull
If the die-cutting pressure is too large, the number of die-cutting times increases, and there are sand grains on the semi-finished products, it is easy to deform and blunt the die-cutting blade edge, resulting in rough edges of the product. Therefore, the pressure at the edge of the die-cutting blade should be as small as possible so that the trimming material can be cut off. In addition, the deformed, dull die-cutting knives should be replaced in time to ensure a smooth cut of the product.
Second, the sponge strip is too hard and too thick, causing the cutting edge of the die cutter
If the sponge strip is too hard or too thick, it will inevitably produce a large pressing force on the edge of the die cutter when it is pressed, which will easily deform the edge of the die cutter, causing rough edges of the product. In this regard, a softer sponge strip should be chosen and the thickness of the sponge strip should be reduced as appropriate.
Third, the die-cutting plate is repeatedly patched
Adding pressure on the die-cutting plate to increase the pressure is a commonly used adjustment method in die-cutting production. However, after repeated feeding of the paper, the surface of the die-cutting plate will be uneven, the flatness will be poor, and the die-cutting will also cause The product is rough and trimmed.
4. There are knife marks on the die-cut base.
The die-cutting base plate has been used for a long time, and there are dense and knives on the surface, which is also likely to cause rough edges of the product. In this case, replace the new die-cutting plate.
