In the production process of the paper bag machine, there are always some problems of this kind or that, which may have a certain impact on our production work. What should we do if we encounter some problems with the paper bag machine? Here we will introduce some common faults and solutions.
        1. The stepping motor makes strange sounds when starting up, and the material does not enter smoothly. If you encounter such a problem, first check whether the main motor is turning correctly and adjust to the correct direction indicated by the arrow. If the stepper motor driver shows a fault, turn off the main power and turn it on again to restore normal.
         2. The length of the feeding material varies during the work process, and the feeding size is shorter than the pre-adjusted size by more than 5mm. Intermittent non-operation occurs during the work process. The photocell sensitivity is poorly adjusted or the polarity is incorrectly selected. If the situation has not been resolved, you can look at the leakage of the photoelectric switch base to the ground or the short circuit between the terminals, which should be replaced. The discharging speed is lower than the feeding speed. It is necessary to loosen each film and strip, check the performance of the discharging part, and troubleshoot.
        3. Inaccurate photoelectric processing when making bags. The photoelectric eye adjustment method and working state are not selected correctly, and adjusted correctly according to the instructions. The pre-adjusted film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag) is too different from the actual bag making size. You should set the length of the line or adjust the pressure and adjust the device. Excessive film resistance or poor product quality in the previous process should be checked and replaced.
        4. Handling method with low feeding speed or abnormal operation. Eye position switch has bad contact or bad cam angle, so it should be adjusted or replaced. The thyristor or rectifier of the discharge speed regulating circuit board is broken down and should be repaired or replaced.
