The paper slitter is a paper processing equipment that slits and rewinds wide webs into rolls of varying widths and diameters. Widely used in the paper processing industry or prepress printing machinery.
       The paper slitting machine is composed of a frame, a transmission system, a receiving and discharging machine and a tension control device, a traction member, a slitting bracket, a waste winding and a discharge device. The paper slitting machine divides the raw materials into several independent units. The working principle is to fix the raw materials on the discharging material. One end of the discharging shaft is equipped with a magnetic powder tension controller to constant the tension required by the raw materials, and then pass through a pair. A rubber roller pulls the raw material and cuts it into several pieces through a blade. Then, the guide rollers are guided to the A and B winding reels to wind up the finished product. Its transmission is driven by the main motor to drive the rubber roller and the receiving shaft to run synchronously to achieve the purpose of pulling the material and receiving the finished product.
       Paper slitting machine performance and characteristics:
       First, the paper slitting machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, magnetic powder clutch type tension control, and center winding method.
       Second, the host is using frequency control. It can automatically count meters and alarms. The tension numbers are all displayed on the touch screen.
       Third, the unwinding uses photoelectric automatic correction (or ultrasonic correction) to correct the neatness of the paper, so that the irregular material can be cut normally.
       Fourth, the circular knife (or straight knife) is cut longitudinally, and the waste side automatic discharge device.
       Fifth, the manual (or pneumatic) loading and unloading reel is equipped with a sleeve-type inflatable shaft (3〞 or 6〞).
       Sixth, the winding adopts A and B axes (air expansion type).
