        Therefore, according to the properties of the material, appropriate process parameters must be mastered to ensure the sizing quality. Generally, after sizing, the width of the side rubber cover is 4mm ~ 5mm, and the spine glue can penetrate and fill the milling groove. When the glue is uneven, the glue is too thin, and the covered paper bag machine is not replaced as required (or the height adjustment is appropriately adjusted), and the plastic bag behind the book is prone to hollow bulges and wrinkles. It must be controlled and inspected during the plastic bag process.

        The finishing work of the paper bag machine before the plastic bag is a process that cannot be ignored in the whole process of wireless binding. If the paper bag machine does not enter the plastic bag completely during the finishing process, various quality problems may occur after the plastic bag, such as peeling, loose pages, empty bulges, wrinkles, etc. Finishing is to bundle semi-finished book stickers, put a certain number of book stickers on the binding machine, quickly stop the plates at both ends, and start the binding machine to compact the loose book stickers, and then tie the rope.
