Six major issues in paper bag machine work

        There are several main issues to note when running a paper bag machine. First, the discharge material should remain stable, and the swinging rollers should not be too high or too low. The material should not be too loose or too tight. These conditions will cause radial jitter during the operation of the material, leading to back and forth, color-coded photo-eye tracking is not allowed, and there will be errors in the length of the bag, which will also cause the length of the bag to stretch. The frame must be cleaned before and after. And adjust the pressure of the discharge pressure roller.
        Secondly, if the temperature is set too high, the product will wrinkle and affect the photoelectric tracking. The length of the bag is different. First, the sensitivity of the photoelectric can be increased. After the temperature stabilizes, the sensitivity is reduced to avoid tracking failure. Select the right temperature (material properties, thickness and packaging product) for each product. The pressure gap of the hot knife should generally be about 1.5mm, especially when high-speed operation is required, the requirement of the hot knife gap should not be too large, otherwise it will affect the stability of the resistance material. If the width of the seal is large and the gap cannot be reduced, the only solution is to reduce the feed ratio or increase the tension in the computer. This is a very effective method when the length of the bag is long and the length of the bag does not reach the set bag length when the double feed is not used.
        Third, adjust the product in the middle of the pressure roller, adjust the balance of the left and right gaps of the rollers in time, remove the residual garbage and dirt and edge materials on the rubber roller, and ensure that the left gap is consistent with the right side of the pressure roller. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the situation where the swing of the dragging material is unstable due to the inaccurate adjustment of the rubber pressure of the rubber roller and the unbalanced wear of the rubber roller.
        Fourth, the material produces abnormal sounds during operation. First, it is necessary to eliminate problems with mechanical parts. It is necessary to observe whether the sound after acceleration is generated: the hot knife is too low or the hot cloth is too loose without plastic. The mud pulling speed is set lower. The tension between the two rubber rollers is too small. The discharge tension is too high. Improper motor speed setting will cause the motor load and host speed to mismatch. The tension between the two rubber rollers is too small and the material will be stretched. At this time, the motor load also increases the inertia at start and stop, which produces a sound.
        Fifth, let the material on the same horizontal line pass through the height of the hot knife. The height of the hot knife should be kept on the same straight line, and the pressure of the bed knife should be balanced. The height of the hot knife should remain the same. The equal height of the lower hot knife and the side seal to maintain the same height will cause the material to swing left and right and the width of the seal weld seam will have a great impact on the flatness of the bag.

        Sixth, in the process of exhausting the material, the presence of residual air in the material will deform the bag as a whole, which will affect the normal operation of the material and generate a certain sound. Related beads need to be properly compacted. The side seal heat cloth should not create any resistance to the adhesion of the material to the hot knife.
