In the production process of the paper bag machine, the paper bag machine generally needs to consider three factors: what is the size; what kind of paper to choose; and what special requirements does the paper bag itself have.
        Take our commonly used handbags as an example: its size is generally determined according to the size of the goods, the size is composed of length * width * height, the commonly used standards are the opposite, 3 or 4 open, each one, large Or right 2 kinds.
        Let's talk about what paper we choose. Paper is generally coated paper, such as 157g, 200g. If you pack heavy goods, you can choose more than 300 grams of coated paper, and there are some special paper printing, which requires a film to increase the hardness of the paper bag, and in terms of toughness, kraft paper is toughened. S is the strongest, and it is increasingly used in the production of packaging bags.

        Finally, there are some special requirements for hand bags, etc. After the paper bag machine, the adhesive box is processed and the wire rope is pressed through. In order to improve the tensile strength of the handbag, rivets must be strengthened at the rope holes.
