Third, the reasons for the reduction in die-cutting pressure are:

(3) The brake clearance is too small and is often in the braking state. It should be adjusted in time to make the gap reach 0.8-1.5mm.
(4) Due to lack of oil, the bearing bush burned and the axle was caught.
(5) The input voltage should be normal, the transformer, rectifier, relay, and contactor work normally. The contacts are intact and there is no ablation. The crimping wires should be firm, and the carbon brush and the slip ring should be in good contact. Otherwise, the die cutting will be performed. The pressure is reduced.
