Therefore, in this state, make sure that the knife bed stops reliably, and only operate it under the blade with a wooden pad.
        When changing the cutter, first turn off the main motor, wait for about 2 minutes, and confirm that the transmission belt has completely stopped. Put two wooden knife changers (provided by the manufacturer) under the blade and place the cutting switch on the switch panel. The selector switch is set to the tool change position "". The knife function selector must be in the cutting position. Use a sleeve to rotate the nut on the end face of the pulley, remove all the connecting screws on the blade, and then push the knife-hanging device inward with an Allen wrench. 4MM, disengage the brake of the knife-hanging device, rotate the knife-hanging device to steadily drop the blade on two wooden knife changers, install two knife-change handles, remove the knife, and take care to hold the knife to prevent overturning and hurting people.

        Adjustment of the cutter:
        Every time a new blade is installed or the old blade is sharpened, the height of the knife bed should be manually adjusted to adjust the cutting amount of the blade to avoid accidents caused by the deeper cutting caused by the large height of the new blade. The main motor must be turned off when cutting, and can only be performed after stopping the operation!
The adjustment steps are:
        ① Make sure that the cutter is in the tool change state. First stop the main motor, press the main motor stop button, confirm that the main motor is stationary, and then set the cutting switch selection switch to the middle tool change position.
        ② Determine the cutting depth of the blade: Use a socket wrench to rotate the nut on the end face of the pulley to move the knife to the lowest point, and observe whether the cutting depth of the blade into the blade is reasonable (normally 0.5-1 mm).
        If the knife edge contacts only one end of the blade, it can be solved by adjusting the eccentric shaft on the back of the main frame.
        If the blade is worn and cannot cut the paper, move the blade down in the direction of the long hole until the paper can be cut completely.
