Program-controlled paper cutter is controlled by computer, with high efficiency, high precision, safety and reliability. In order to better operate the program-controlled paper cutter, it is necessary to understand the failure of the paper cutter. Below, I will understand the troubleshooting of the paper press of the program-controlled paper cutter together with the editor.
1. The paper press is not pressed down properly. ① The compression spring in the hydraulic cylinder is damaged or the oil circuit is leaking or blocked. Solution: Eliminate the oil leakage of the solenoid valve and replace the compression spring in the small oil cylinder. ② The position of the proximity limit switch is incorrect. Solution: Adjust the proximity limit switch.
2. There is an abnormal sound when the paper press is pressed down. The oil level in the fuel tank is not enough to allow air to enter the oil circuit. Solution: Refuel as required.
3. The paper press does not rise up properly, causing the pusher to fail to operate as required. ① Proximity switches on the press rail do not work properly. Solution: Adjust the solution switch. ② The compression spring in the hydraulic cylinder is damaged or the oil return from the hydraulic cylinder is not smooth. Solution: Check the working condition of the compression spring. ③ The lifting force of the paper press is not enough. Solution: Adjust the tension of the reset tension spring. ④ The swinging lever above the hydraulic cylinder is not flexible. Solution: Check related moving parts to eliminate jamming.
4. The paper press is not parallel to the workbench. Solution: Adjust the eccentric shaft of the paper press to make it parallel.
5. The rack of the paper press collides with the rack of the pusher. Solution: Adjust the left and right positions of the platen to stagger.
