        According to different seasons, choose the right hydraulic oil. No. 20 oil is used in winter to maintain its fluidity; No. 30 oil is used in summer to maintain its viscosity.
        Maintain proper hydraulic pressure. Excessive pressure will cause the seal to burst; if the pressure is too small, the cutting of the blade appears sluggish. Use talcum powder or paraffin to coat the cutting platform and blade opening. By doing so, one is to reduce the frictional resistance between the paper and the platform, and the operation is labor-saving; the other is to extend the cutting times of the blade, and the cutting edge is smooth and neat.

        Fill with lubricant.
