        2. The program-controlled paper cutter is divided into three methods: stepper motor control, frequency conversion speed control, and AC servo control.
        Stepper motor control and variable frequency speed control can both achieve positioning accuracy of ± 0.1mm on the paper pusher of the paper cutter, and the speed can reach 8-14 meters / minute (the specific accuracy and speed are determined by the manufacturer's use of The control system and the selected electrical components will have great differences), but the noise of the stepper motor control mode is relatively harsh when it starts, which is not favored by many paper cutter manufacturers and paper cutter users.
        The AC servo control method has a great breakthrough in the quality and quantity of the positioning accuracy and speed of the paper cutter pusher than the frequency conversion speed control. The positioning accuracy can reach ± 0.025- ± 0.015mm, and the paper pushing speed can reach 16-20. Meters / minute (the exact accuracy and speed achieved will vary greatly depending on the control system used by the manufacturer and the electrical components selected).
        3. From the operation interface (operation method) of the program-controlled paper cutter, it is divided into three types: button type, touch screen, button and touch screen dual mode.
        Button-controlled program-controlled paper cutters first appeared, which has doubled the efficiency of digital display paper-cutters, which has improved work efficiency for many users, created more wealth, and has been favored by customers. But after the new technology came out, This method is not comparable to touch screen operation in terms of intuitiveness and simplicity of operation.
        The touch screen operation method can easily achieve functions such as equal division, equidistance, loop size, calculator use, and calculation result input program, etc. The operation is simple and intuitive. (The key operation method requires the combination of several keys when performing certain functions. It can only be realized. Many customers consult the manufacturer for use methods after the operator ca n’t find the manual because they are replaced.) The screen has a visual display of the status of the detection switch at each operating link on the machine, which provides great convenience for troubleshooting common faults. For the use of paper cutters, customers and manufacturers have saved time and money.
        The dual mode of keys and touch screen can be used in combination to meet the old habits of some operators. At the same time, it provides an additional input method, which has relatively improved durability. However, the touch screen operation mode is designed by the paper cutter manufacturer's interface and Under the condition that the operation menu is reasonable and the selected screen quality is stable and reliable, its significance is not great.
        4. From the driving mode of the pressing mechanism, it is divided into mechanical pressing and hydraulic pressing. The hydraulic press method can more accurately ensure the same length tolerance accuracy (commonly known as the accuracy of the upper and lower knives) after the cutting of the cutting object, especially when the cutting density is large, the difference is particularly obvious. Therefore, with the emergence of hydraulic paper-pressing paper cutters, mechanical paper-pressing paper cutters are no longer selected by customers who require higher cutting accuracy.
        The clutches of the paper pressing mechanism and the cutting mechanism are hydraulically driven and are also called full hydraulic or double hydraulic paper cutters. The full hydraulic or double hydraulic paper cutter has a larger cutting force, which has obvious advantages when cutting high-density cutting objects, the clutch is not easy to slip, and the clutch clearance does not need to be adjusted frequently.
  5. From the size display mode and the positioning of the pusher, it is divided into a digital display paper cutter and a program-controlled paper cutter (a pure mechanical structure paper cutter is generally embedded with a steel ruler on the table to control the pusher and the digital display cutter.
