Paper cutter greatly simplifies our work, but it also carries certain dangers. It is best to follow the procedures.
1. The paper cutter must be kept and used by full-time personnel. Without approval, non-native personnel are not allowed to operate without permission.
2. At work, you must first dress neatly and wipe the paper-cutting table according to the production safety requirements. Make sure that the table is ash-free, oil-free, and the paper is white and flawless.
3. Before turning on the paper cutter every day, the photoelectric safety device must be checked once. Only when it is confirmed that it is reliable, can it be put into formal production.
4. Paper cutting is not allowed to place steel rulers, manual labor, bolts, gaskets and other metal products to avoid major crashes.
5. In order to ensure the cutting quality, the blade should be changed frequently. The blade holder should be replaced with a special blade holder to prevent injury to the blade. When the blade is replaced, the machine should be powered off.
6. The blade to be sharpened must be clamped and fixed by a proprietary wooden board, and the knife edge should not be exposed around the clamp to avoid falling and hurting people.
7. Every day after work, the paper cutting table should be wiped clean, and then waxed or painted with anti-rust paint.
8. In case of computer or electrical failure, non-professionals shall not inspect or repair without permission.
9. Keep the machine well lubricated. Before going to work, check the oil level of the lubricating pump. Press the handle of the oil pump a few times with your hand, and grease the lubrication points once a week.
10. After work is completed, turn off the main power of the machine before leaving.

11. It is strictly forbidden to drink or take illegal drugs to work.
