The
computer high-speed slitting machine uses the touch screen man-machine interface and PLC programmable controller to centrally control the whole machine.
1. The winding adopts vector frequency conversion motor and electronically controlled precision air-slip differential shaft transmission. The coil diameter and control air pressure are automatically calculated by PLC to realize winding tension and slip control.
2. Traction adopts vector variable frequency motor drive to realize constant line speed control.
3. Unwinding adopts shaftless unwinding and vector variable frequency motor transmission. The constant diameter control is realized by PLC automatically calculating the winding diameter; the unwinding coil material is clamped by electric screw and cylinder, and the lifting of the discharging rack is realized by hydraulic transmission.
4. The correction system adopts LPC&EPC (with sideline) photoelectric static automatic correction system.
5. The slitting is divided by a flat knife (can be customized for round knife cutting), and the adjustment of the knife is realized by pneumatic and synchronous belt transmission.
