Program controlled paper cutter is an indispensable paper cutting tool in our daily life. So how do we use a program-controlled paper cutter to sharpen, unload, and load the knife?
If we use a program-controlled paper cutter to cut the paper and find that the cut paper has burrs or does not cut through, then we need to sharpen it. The specific operation steps are to first drop the knife halfway, remove all the knife screws when the machine is turned off, and then take out the knife handle to turn it up. After removing the screws, take the knife to a professional sharpener to sharpen it.
Half of the sharpened knife is narrower than the original knife, so you need to lower the knife. First, put a piece of A4 paper under the knife. When the knife reaches the lowest point, cut off the power and loosen the upper knife screw. There are three knife adjusting screws on the upper part of the knife holder. Take down an inner hexagon to press down until the paper under the knife is cut through.
In order for the program-controlled cutter to guarantee the cutting quality of the paper and the warranty, we need to perform the following maintenance on the cutter:
        1. Maintain proper hydraulic pressure.
        2. Use talcum powder or paraffin wax to paint the cutting platform and knife edge.
        3. Fill with lubricant.

        4. Choose the right hydraulic oil for different seasons.
