The blade is made of high hardness chromium tungsten manganese steel, and the blade body is made of low carbon steel. When its quality is high, its hardness can reach HR55 ~ 60 after quenching treatment.
        Secondly, in terms of the shape and angle of its sharpening blade, in single-sided paper cutters, we generally use a single sharpening blade with an angle between 19 ° and 23 °, but at the same time, the sharpening edge of this shape It will cause the beveled surface of the cutter to withstand the pressure of the part of the paper stack that is cut away during the cutting process. Under the friction of the paper edge, the beveled surface of the blade will wear quickly. Compared with single-sided blades, double-sided blades have more obvious advantages. Their sharpening edges can effectively reduce the load on their machines and improve their accuracy. Therefore, on the premise that the cutting edge material is allowed and the cutting force is not considered, the angle of the sharpening edge should be made as small as possible.

        In fact, the life of a computer cutting machine is also related to its cutting material, such as the blunt speed of its blade and its abrasion resistance, when the paper is cut, the texture of the paper is soft and hard, the ash content, etc. All are related. Generally speaking, when the paper is cut, the harder the texture and the larger the ash content, the faster the blade becomes blunt.
