The user does not require absolute high speed, but the requirements are stable and reliable.
         Second, the demand will be further expanded
        The die-cutting machine can conveniently form a printing die-cutting production line with offset printing, flexo printing, gravure printing, etc. (web feeding), and the tension control system of the paper feeding can improve the printing, die-cutting and indentation. Positioning registration accuracy; production and processing in linkage mode can improve production efficiency. The die-cut structure is a line contact, the pressure is small, and the die-cutting roller has a long service life. In addition, the fastest growing part of packaging printing is film and metal foil, which also brings new opportunities for die-cutting machines.
         Third, the continuous application of digital information technology

         At present, printing technology has entered the digital information era, and digital information technology has also been gradually applied to die-cutting equipment. There are two main explanations for the digitalization of die-cutting machines. One is the digital interface technology, that is, the requirements of JDF technology on the die-cutting machine, mainly used for data information acceptance and feedback; the other can be interpreted as no-plate die-cutting, that is, direct control of cutting by the graphic data of the prepress system Head, die-cutting the sheet, for short-cut personalized die-cut jobs.
