1. The thickness of the paper bag material produced is inconsistent.
Solution: Adjust the tension roller tension.
2. The heat sealing temperature is too high or the heat sealing time is too long, resulting in damage and wrinkles of the paper bag material.
Solution: Adjust the heat seal temperature to the normal temperature.
3. In the longitudinal heat sealing knife part, the running track of the composite film is not straight.
Solution: Use an inner sealing substrate with low temperature heat sealability.
4. The film in the composite material has poor heat resistance.
Solution: Reselect the surface substrate film.
5. The tension matching of the composite substrate during the compounding process is improperly controlled, resulting in residual stress after the ripening and setting, especially when the thickness of the composite film is thin.

Solution: Adjust the tension of each part of the composite processing equipment, and try to make the recombination rate of the two composite substrates equal.
