If the situation has not been solved, you can look at the photoelectric switch base to the ground leakage or short circuit between the ends, should be replaced. The discharge speed is lower than the feed speed, it is necessary to relax the film laminate, check the performance of the discharge part, and troubleshoot.
3, bag time electrical tracking is not accurate treatment method
The photoelectric eye adjustment method and working state are not selected correctly. Adjust correctly according to the instructions. The preset film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag) and the actual bag size error is too large, should be reset the length of the wire or adjust the pressure, adjust the device. If the film resistance is too large or the quality of the previous process product is poor, the material should be checked and replaced.
4. Low feeding speed or abnormal working method
The eye position switch is in poor contact or the CAM Angle is not good, should be adjusted or replaced. The circuit board thyristor or rectifier tube breakdown should be repaired or replaced.
