Why is the appearance of the self-adhesive laminating machine not bright enough?

1. Inappropriate temperature control
When laminating different substrates with self-adhesive laminating machines, the temperature of the electric heating steel roller must be adjusted according to the covered products. If the laminating substrate is gold cardboard, the temperature of the laminating steel cylinder should be controlled at 70-80℃: if it is covered with 250g/m2 or 300g/m2 gray white paper, the temperature should be adjusted to 80~90℃. When the whiteboard paper is placed, it absorbs more water than gold cardboard. Especially in rainy days and winter, if the temperature is not adjusted properly, the coated product will not be bright. When laminating, it is sometimes found that there are obvious water droplets or steam on the silica roller, which is caused by the paper absorbing a large amount of water. The film temperature of such products must be increased. For the first-received product, the temperature of the drying tunnel can be controlled at 50~60℃. Use the glued film to stick it with your fingers at the exit of the drying tunnel, and there will be no traces. If the film temperature is too high, it will foam. Therefore, the temperature of the heating steel drum must be controlled according to the product characteristics when laminating.
2. Insufficient pressure

According to the needs of customers, the thickness of the substrate material is mostly inconsistent. When laminating, the pressure between the silicone roller and the steel roller should be adjusted according to the thickness of the substrate paper. If the pressure is too small, the film of the coated product will be weak, not bright, and wrinkles are easy to occur: too much pressure will cause film wrinkles and paper deformation.
