        Lamination is the process of covering the surface of printed products with polypropylene and other plastic films, and using adhesives to heat and pressure to bond them together. The coating process is divided into two types: pre-coated film and coating film. The pre-coated film is to pre-coat the adhesive on the plastic film, dry and wind it. Then, in the case of a binder, the film can be coated by hot pressing. That is to say, the coating film is to use the adhesive at the same time when coating the film.
         The method of laminating is divided into "cold mounting" and "hot mounting". "Cold mounting" is the use of the pressure of the glue and the cold mounting machine to bond the photos with the film and the backboard; while "hot mounting" is the mounting of the photos by the high temperature and high pressure of the hot mounting machine. In contrast, the cost of cold mounting is lower, but the effect of hot mounting is better, and the photo storage time is longer after mounting. The printed products covered with film are better-looking, and the grade is also very high. Almost every printed product needs to be covered. In the printing industry, printing is almost separate from the laminating factory, so it is more professional.
        1. Insufficient film pressure-adjust the pressure of the cold laminator;
        2. The two ends of the cold laminating machine are uneven-adjust the adjusting screws of the spacing of the cold laminating machine to achieve equal distance;
        3. Over-photographic paper --- The surface of photo paper is uneven, generally around 25 degrees, it will automatically disappear after being placed for 2-3 hours, the higher the temperature, the faster it disappears;
       4. After the PP adhesive-A. If you touch the PP adhesive screen without a "rough" feeling, then proceed according to the above method; B. If you have a "rough" feeling, you need to change the PP adhesive;

        5. The viscosity of the glue is not good at low temperature-A. Increase the ambient temperature of use. B. Replace the cold laminating film;
