         The folder gluer is the last process of packaging processing. It is a device that folds and sticks the printed and die-cut cardboard or PVC-PET-PP paste, which replaces the manual paste box method.
        First, semi-automatic carton folder machine main application
        Large cartons and corrugated boxes, as well as other cartons that can not be glued by the automatic folder-gluer. The working procedures include: automatic feeding, edging, smearing, then feeding through the belt, manual folding forming, and then setting by the air pressure table on one side. The semi-automatic folder-gluing machine is mainly used for the adhesive edge of PVC-PET-PP paste box. The working procedures include: manual folding box, discharging the paste, and then sending out by belt, artificial folding molding. The machine-made packaging box has a beautiful appearance, a firm adhesive mouth, and a paste, and its output is determined by the skill of the worker.
         Second, the automatic carton folder-gluer usually has three types:
         1. Ordinary side paste-gluer box machine: It has the most basic two-sided folding and two-side paste function. This folder-gluer has the highest proportion in the market and the widest application range. It is the most basic glue-gluing device instead of manual paste box.
         2. Folder-folding machine with pre-folding: ordinary paper box is basically square, ordinary type folder-gluer and manual folder can only fold two sides, the other two sides only have indentation but no fold, so open the paper The box is not easy, and it is easy to get stuck in the automatic loading line. The pre-folded carton is easy to open, suitable for automatic loading and packaging machines, especially the medicine box, basically using a pre-folding folder machine.
         3. Gluing machine with hook bottom: It not only has the functions of the above two types of folder gluer, but also can fold and paste the bottom of the box. Boxes that are pasted in this way are particularly easy to open when in use. And the bottom has been glued, no need to manually insert the bottom, we call it the automatic bottom.

         With the acceleration of economic globalization and the intensification of market competition, the domestic printing and packaging industry has gradually become in line with international standards. Paste boxes are no exception. At present, there is a big gap between the domestic paste-box process and the production of folder-gluers and the international advanced level. The proportion of manual paste boxes in the domestic market is quite large. The domestic low-cost advantage of the labor force is gradually narrowing, and the labor force is in front of the boss.
