        When laminating, attention should be paid to the texture direction of the film, especially the thick film, to reduce the phenomenon that the film is curled due to rolling and stretching.
        Laminating machine should pay attention to control the speed, control the speed according to actual experience and material changes, try to maintain a uniform speed;
        The film material must be straight. Irregular films with "lotus edge" and "tight edge" phenomena should be treated. The "lotus leaf" film can be baked, and the "tight edge" paper can be hung.

        The temperature is generally controlled to 40 ~ 60 ℃. Too high a temperature will deform the film and cause the product to curl, but not too low, otherwise it will cause insufficient viscosity. According to the different coating materials, you can control the temperature according to your actual experience, so as to save the amount of film to the greatest extent.
