1. The following conditions may affect the film quality
The ink used in the printed matter is metallic ink; the ink is too thick; the ink is not dry; the paper humidity is large; the surface powder (anti-blocking) is too heavy; the ink contains excessive paraffin or silicon additives.
If the surface tension of the ink is less than 37 dynes, you must pay attention to check the fastness of the film and perform post-processing tests before deciding whether to use the film in batches.
Involving die cutting, indentation, folding, UV glazing, frosting and other subsequent processes, please be sure to do the test before using in batches.
2. The use of thin substrate products is more conducive to the local uneven process after coating.
3. It is recommended that when there is no use experience, or when changing the printing materials, process conditions or other changes, please be sure to conduct a small batch test before deciding to use a large number.
4. When using in winter, the pre-coated film and printed matter must reach the temperature balance in the operation room before processing and use.

5. After unpacking the pre-coated film, it should be placed on a wooden pallet to prevent the film from directly contacting the ground.
