The process of rotary laminating machine is mainly divided into semi-automatic operation and fully automatic operation. Although the specific operations of semi-automatic and full-automatic are somewhat different, the principle is the same: first, the adhesive is applied to the plastic film by a roller coating device, and the film is softened by heating with a hot pressing roller, and then the coating is applied The printed matter of the base material and the film are pressed together to form a paper-plastic integrated film product.

The reason for the vacuum rotary laminating machine is that the surface tension value of the glazing paint is large. The wetting effect of the outer ink layer of the printed matter is not good. The surface tension value should be reduced to improve the wettability of the ink layer of the coating; the solvent in the coating is poorly volatilized, the residual solvent in the coating is high, and the volatilization rate can be changed to high The solvent may make the coating completely dry and then press it; it may also be that the speed of the coating is too fast, the drying temperature is low, the coating is not completely dried, and the solvent is not completely evaporated, you should adjust the coating Process conditions; the ink layer on the surface of the printed matter will also crystallize, which requires effective measures, such as removing the oil on the crystallized surface of the ink layer or performing a roughening treatment to improve the wetting effect of the coating on the ink layer to weaken or Eliminate the adverse effects of ink layer crystallization on glaze coating.
