If it is not cleaned frequently, the surface of the rubber roller of the laminator will be uneven and not easy to use. Therefore, the rubber roller should be cleaned and put aside when it is stopped.
        2. The rubber roller of the laminating machine is aged for a long time, coupled with the corrosion of chemicals, causing the "slag" of rotten rubber. It is best not to use such rubber roller, otherwise it will seriously affect the quality of the print.
        3. In order not to affect the production and printing quality, there must be spare ink rollers, but do not store too much to avoid aging. The storage environment of the rubber roller is the same as the blanket. In addition, the rubber roller should be placed straight at the journal, and the surface should not touch each other or other objects to avoid deformation of the rubber roller.
         4. The rubber roller of the laminating machine should not be stored near the large electric idea and generator. Due to the large amount of ozone generated by these devices, the surface of the rubber roller will age and crack.

        5. When the weather is very cold, the ink is uneven, and auxiliary materials can be added to the ink appropriately. It is forbidden to use infrared heaters and other equipment to bake the ink rubber roller to prevent the rubber roller from oxidation.
