2. Key points of operation of laminating machine
(1) Install the laminating machine on a special bracket and place it on a stable and firm workbench. Then make a special platform for laminating film, the height is 5 mm lower than the edge height of the laminating machine, the width is 1600 mm, and the length is more than 1 meter.
(2) Place the material to be mounted on the laminating machine or the empty laminating machine on the iron roller in front of the laminating machine. After entering the laminating machine, the coating surface should face upward.
(3) Adjust the pressure adjusting hand wheel on the laminating machine, lift the upper rubber roller, and then pass the material out of the two rubber rollers of the laminating machine by 10 cm.
(4) If laminating film is needed, the cold laminating film needs to pass through 10 cm of the two rubber rollers of the laminating machine and be placed on top of the consumables. The PVC film is super-oriented.
(5) Adjust the position of the consumables on the platform so that the tightness of the two ends of the laminating machine is basically the same, and then adjust the pressure hand wheel on the laminating machine, lower the top roller and adjust it to the empty position. The pressure on both ends must be the same.
(6) If it is an empty film laminating machine, you can shake the hand wheel to move the consumables forward. When shaking, it must be uniform, and the moving speed should be the same, not when it is fast or slow. If there is no wrinkle after 5 meters, it means there is no quality problem of consumables.
(7) If laminating film is required, first fold the cold laminating film release paper inwards to expose the glue surface on the PVC film, then shake the handwheel in the opposite direction, first stick the adhesive surface to the consumables, and then cold laminating Turn the film over to the back of the rubber roller, and slowly release the cold laminating film from the folded place.
