UV varnish is a non-confining material in the correct storage environment and will cure immediately after exposure to ultraviolet light, such as sunlight, electric arc, or UV light. Illumination sources such as fluorescent lamps and incandescent lamps used in general operation rooms do not cause UV varnish to solidify.
          1. Special printing materials such as gold cardboard and PFT should be made of special UV coating according to their surface properties.
          2. Care should be taken to clean the shaft head from time to time. Because the UV varnish flows to the rotating part of the UV glazing drive shaft, it will stick to the drive shaft at high temperatures, affecting the transmission.
           3. The UV varnish that is scraped off during glazing will bring the ink that has been printed on the substrate to the UV varnish on the glazing machine, so that the varnish is colored, and after filtration and precipitation, these Varnish can also be used.
          4. The normal use temperature of UV varnish is 50-55 °C. When using at low temperature in winter, it is necessary to use circulating water to heat the UV varnish to make the viscosity reach the designed viscosity, which is beneficial to the smoothing and rapid curing of UV varnish. .
          5. The UV glazing machine should be placed in a position where the sunlight cannot be directly irradiated, otherwise the UV varnish will solidify on the coating roller under the action of ultraviolet light in the sunlight. If you can't avoid direct sunlight, you should also use red and black curtains to block the sun's rays.
          6. Photoinitiators and thinners in UV varnish have a certain stimulating effect on human skin. Therefore, in the glazing operation, if the skin touches the UV varnish, it should be washed off immediately with soapy water, otherwise the skin may become red and swollen.
          7. The viscosity of UV varnish varies depending on the type of UV glazing machine. Special varnish should be selected according to the model of the glazing machine. If the viscosity of the UV varnish does not reach the viscosity required by the glazing machine, it can be detached with a thinner or thickened with a thickener. However, this adjustment will lose the curing speed, brightness and adhesion of UV varnish. It is not recommended to replace the appropriate special varnish.

         8. When the UV varnish is irradiated through the UV lamp, the optimum temperature should be 50-60 ° C, because at this temperature, the UV varnish cures quickly and the adhesion after curing is strong. That is to say, under the UV lamp, the lower the temperature, the better. Especially in the case of glazing in low temperature workshops in winter, the adhesion is not good and the leveling is not good. The main reason is that the temperature is too low and the curing effect is poor.
