        One: crumpled paper

        Two: wrinkled film
        1. If the temperature is too high, reduce the temperature appropriately and reduce the pressure to adjust the temperature required for various membranes;
        2. Adjust the imbalance of the film feeding stick, adjust the balance of the film feeding stick;
        3. The film stacking time is too long, replace the film;
        4. The film tension is too large or too small, adjust the film tightness;
        Three: There are snowflakes on the product
        1. Too much powder sprayed on the printed matter, sweep away the powder sprayed on the printed matter before laminating;
        2. The pressure of the pressure roller is inappropriate, the solution is to adjust the pressure of the pressure roller correctly;
        3. If the temperature is too low, adjust to an appropriate temperature;
        Four: bubbles appear

        The pre-coating laminating machine consists of four main parts: pre-coating plastic film unwinding, automatic input of printed matter, hot-press area compounding, and automatic rewinding, as well as mechanical transmission, pre-coating plastic film flattening, vertical and horizontal slitting, and computer control system And other auxiliary devices. The automatic conveying mechanism can ensure that the printed products do not overlap and enter the composite part at an equal distance during transmission. Generally, pneumatic or friction methods are used to achieve control. The conveying is accurate and high precision. The same requirements can also be met when printed products with small composite width.
