When the hydraulic paper cutter is cutting, sometimes there is no phenomenon when the secondary pressure of the paper press appears, which is very easy to cause the scrap to be scrapped due to size deviation, resulting in great waste. So, what is the reason for this problem? How to solve it?
There are two main reasons for this problem. The first reason is due to the improper adjustment of the pressure relay of the hydraulic system, and it has been activated when the foot pressure test; the second reason is because of a relay Due to the poor K5 contact, the K5 relay controls a solenoid valve coil, and this solenoid valve is controlled by the high-pressure hydraulic oil into the cylinder of the paper press, so that the paper press operates.
By replacing K5, and adjusting the pressure relay to the secondary pressure of the paper presser, it only acts when the pressure relay is not operated when the foot pressure test is pressed. Finally, the top screw is locked after the adjustment is completed, and then try again. You will find that the fault still disappears.
