The new blade of the paper cutter or the blade that is not more than 20mm sharpened, hang the two holes of the blade on the upper knife pin when using the knife, and use the second row of holes to fix it with the knife bed.
When the blade is sharpened more than 20mm, use the first row of holes to fix it with the tool bed, and at the same time, fix the spare parts: two pads between the tool bed and the blade, and use M6 screws to fix it. Use 20mm pads on both sides. Also check that the pad must be below the sliding surface of the knife bed.
Between each 20mm, adjust the adjustment nut of the drawbar of the cutter bed and adjust the height of the cutter blade to meet the requirements.
During the use of the blade, in order to make the machine work more flexible, you can often apply paraffin or talc powder to the blade edge. Since talc powder and paraffin can reduce the friction between the two contacting objects and can make the cutting smoother, this can be extended. The service life of the blade edge.
The blade is the main part of the cutting, and its sharpening angle and sharpness have a great influence on the cutting accuracy. For different varieties and different materials, the sharpening angle is different. In general, when cutting hard paper, to overcome the larger cutting resistance, the blade sharpening angle should be larger (between 22 and 25 °), if a blade with a smaller blade angle is used for cutting at this time Hard paper, because of the thin blade of the blade, cannot overcome the cutting resistance of larger paper, deform the blade, and cause insufficient cutting at the lower part, which affects the cutting quality. Generally, when cutting soft or thin paper, the angle of the blade should be between 16-21 °.
The sharpness of the blade edge is also a factor that affects the cutting accuracy. According to the difference between the cut product and the working time, the number of grinding times of the blades is different. Generally, the continuously cut blades need to be replaced with new sharpened blades within 2-3 hours. In specific use, you should determine a reasonable number of blade sharpening times according to your own cut products.

If the unsharp blade is still in use, it will cause damage to the machine (such as the safety bolt is easy to break), shortening the life of the machine.
