1 Adjust the ballast system. Slippage can also occur when the ballast system is overloaded. In particular, the old belt that has been used for a long time, usually pay attention to the correction of the ballast height, can be adjusted by adjusting the ballast stroke.
2 Clean the surface of the heating plate. If there is more starch gel on the surface of the heating plate, it will cause a large frictional resistance between the cardboard and the heating plate, causing the slip between the two, so the surface of the heating plate should be cleaned regularly.
3 Clean the surface of the conveyor belt. The starch, paper scraps, etc. adhered to the surface of the conveyor belt will make the surface of the conveyor belt smooth or reflective, which is one of the reasons for the slippage. The surface of the conveyor belt can be cleaned with a brush. It is also conceivable to wind the kneading paper on the pressure roller above the driving wheel. The starch is carried away by the paper when it is not cured, so that it is also clear that most of the starch sticking to the surface of the conveyor belt.
