In order to ensure the cutting quality of paper and printed matter, the cutter needs to be maintained normally. The main points of daily maintenance of the cutter are as follows:
        1. According to different seasons, select the appropriate hydraulic oil. Use No. 20 oil in winter to maintain the fluidity of the paper cutter; No. 30 oil in summer to maintain the viscosity of the paper cutter.
        2. Maintain proper hydraulic pressure. If the pressure is too large, the seal ring will burst; if the pressure is too low, the blade cutting will appear sluggish.
        3. Coat the cutting platform and blade opening with talc or paraffin. In this way, one is to reduce the frictional resistance between the paper and the platform, and the operation is labor-saving; the other is to extend the cutting times of the blade, and to ensure that the cutting edge of the paper is smooth and neat.

        4. Fill with lubricant. Before working, add oil to the mechanical oil filling port to keep the machine lubricated and clean without noise, so that the paper cutter is always in a good working state.
