The clutches of the paper pressing mechanism and the cutting mechanism are driven by hydraulic methods, and are also called full hydraulic or dual hydraulic paper cutting machines. Full hydraulic or dual hydraulic paper cutters have a greater cutting force, which has obvious advantages when cutting high-density cut objects. The clutch is not easy to slip and there is no need to adjust the clutch clearance frequently.
